Mainly the unit that I’m renting ,it’s really nice place but there’s no quiet time.it’s so noisy 24/7 due to poor insulation of walls and thin windows!! You can clearly hear all of the car passing thru within the whole unit and being in main road location doesn’t help. A little upgrade particularly on windows might help to reduce the vibrations coming in. it’s been tough everyday to get some proper sleep in this unit. Carpets and Blinds are beat up. Appliances are outdated but still works. For this 4stars considering every aspect’s , will updated in few months later if there’s any difference.

I moved in just under a month ago and I’m so glad I chose these apartments! Yuliya and Peyton have been absolutely wonderful to work with. Before my move in I primarily worked with Yuliya to set everything up and she went so above and beyond to help me. It’s also the first time I’m moving out on my own so I had a lot of questions that she was happy to answer. The staff here really are amazing! The actual apartments are great too! Very spacious and so much natural light. The grounds themselves are quiet and clean. Love that these units also come with your own personal garage. Maintenance is amazing here. I had my heater go out, and they sent them out immediately to fix it. As for more details about noise etc. over all the complex is very quiet, especially after 10/11pm. If you have a unit closer to the road you’ll hear some road noise, but it comes with having so many windows. It’s easy to ignore and well worth it to have all that natural light. The one bedroom units sit above the garages, so you’ll hear them open, but again, well worth it since you get a garage too. It was noticeable at first because I wasn’t used to it, but much easier to drown it out now. The walls themselves seem to have good insulation, so that does help with noise. Overall definitely a 10/10!

I have only been a resident for a few days, but from the very beginning of my interest in this community, Yuliya and Peyton were extremely friendly and kind. Poor Peyton answered soooo many of my questions, sometimes more than once haha and she was very patient with me and never seemed frustrated with me. They were very understanding of my concerns and reservations of going from a homeowner, back to being a renter with dogs. I can say with full confidence now that my original concerns are no longer an issue, because these two lovely ladies have put them all at ease. I love my apartment! And I love how safe and comfortable it feels. I’m very happy with my decision to live here!

It's not just business... it's personal. After two decades, I'm back living in an apartment. I was apprehensive about what it would be like. But from the first time I met Sydney, the Leasing Agent, I felt like this was the "right" place. The entire process of applying, approval, and signing the lease was professional and friendly. Actually, that has been my entire experience here at the Meadows... Friendly and Professional. I had a billion questions, and Sydney was patient and thorough in answering them. She was remarkably prompt either in texts or emails. I also met Suzanne, the Leasing Manager, and she was equally efficient and helpful. It's clear that she has a solid training program and sets a high bar for her employees. The floor plans are thoughtful. My 29-year-old daughter who is an interior designer kept saying, "WOW" when I gave her a tour of the apartment, the quartz counter tops, the crown molding on the cabinets, the wider craftsman trim work (she notices things like that), all met her high standards - LOL. Finally, I had a minor maintenace issue with the kitchen sink after I moved in. I sent in a request, and it was completely fixed within 24 hours. I could not be more satisfied with my choice to move to the Meadows!!

I have now lived here since 2016 and love it here. The grounds are maintained meticulously and the office staff are friendly and awesome to work with on any issues that arise. I love the floor plan, the high ceilings and it’s very spacious. It’s nice living in a smaller community, it feels more like a home than an apartment. I lived at the Meadows at Park Avenue for nearly 5 years. I began in a one bedroom just on my own then moved into a two bedroom for the last two years. If our work wasn’t moved so far north we would have stayed at the Meadows until we were able you build. The office staff has changed around a few times in my 5 years living there, and I can’t say anything negative about any of them. Dan, the maintenance guy, was there the entire time and when we moved I asked if we could bring him with us because he knows his stuff, is quick to respond and always friendly. When I moved into each of the apartments I lived in, the units were clean to the point of almost looking brand new. When we moved into the two bedroom the entryway from the garage smelled like cat urine as did the guest bedroom. The manager arranged for the carpets to be cleaned again for the issue. It helped a lot in the guest bed but the stairway still smelled that way occasionally. I would give this location 10/5 stars. I miss it already. I literally cried after we handed in our keys! I truly loved the Meadows at Park Avenue!

We love living at The Meadows! We have been here for about a month and haven't had any complaints. Jade and Brittany (management team) are awesome and know all the residents by name - they make you feel welcome! Just to show what type of managers they are, we had a larger package delivered that didn't fit in the mailbox and they send a quick text letting me know that they put the package in our garage for us since I wasn't going to be home in time to get it from the office. They really know how to manage the complex and it's been great having excellent management. It's not something you find at every apartment complex. The community is also pretty awesome as well. Everyone we have met so far has been friendly and nice. Dog owners are pretty good about picking up after their pets. The apartments are pretty silent - we never hear our neighbors which is really nice. Overall, it's been great living here so far! This is by FAR the best place that I have lived. It's my first time living alone in a 1BR/1Bathroom. Super spacious, vaulted ceilings, a garage, fireplace, the works. The management is super on top of getting things repaired if there is anything wrong. Everytime I've called they fix it the day of the call. Super kind as well (something you don't get often I've found). They are great! The only complaint I have is the digital package. You are required to have a home phone line (who needs this?), a cable package (which I never use either), and internet all bundled together. Definitely pay a little bit too much for all this, but it's alright. The place is great and the small negatives don't outweigh the positives.

The expierence with the staff at The Meadows at Park Ave was one of the best i have had. Very friendly and felt like we were very welcome. They were very helpful anytime we had questions. Very happy with the choice to live at The Meadows.

This has been a great place and the management has been wonderful. Update for 2025 - It is still nice and pretty quiet but, the Internet service you are forced to use is absolutely terrible. It disconnects very frequently and makes it hard for someone to work from home. Due to this I'm moving my review to 4 stars.

My family and I had a great experience. we lived here for a year and Jade and Ashley were so nice and very helpful and understanding. I would highly recommend these apartments and townhomes to anyone. We lived in the townhomes everything was gorgeous, the property was always kept cleaning and maintenance was always on top of checking that filters were always changed and alarms always worked properly. We only moved because we moved out of state. Thank you Jade and Ashley for being a great part of our experience in Utah.

Really a Great place to call home! They really are luxury apartments,super nice inside and out! Ive lived here for a few months now. And have loved it since day one! Its well maintained the neighbors are great and the people that work here are awesome!! The girls in the front are very professional and make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. Jason the maintenance man who is on the property Mon - Fri, 8-5, is always extremely helpful and does it in a timely manner. I had an after hours issue and the option to reach the after hours maintenance was a non-working number. The 5 star rating is for Jason, I give a 0 star rating for after hours maintenance.

I have thoroughly enjoyed living in the meadows at park ave. I have lived here for a year and a half and cannot think of one complaint. Jade and Ashley, the office staff have been absolutely great. Always answering any questions, helping provide solutions for any situations, and without fail asking if there is anything else they can possibly do for me. To not have intentions of leaving anytime soon makes living a lot more enjoyable. Meadows at park ave. staff your hard work is appreciated.
