I moved in just under a month ago and Iâm so glad I chose these apartments! Yuliya and Peyton have been absolutely wonderful to work with. Before my move in I primarily worked with Yuliya to set everything up and she went so above and beyond to help me. Itâs also the first time Iâm moving out on my own so I had a lot of questions that she was happy to answer. The staff here really are amazing! The actual apartments are great too! Very spacious and so much natural light. The grounds themselves are quiet and clean. Love that these units also come with your own personal garage. Maintenance is amazing here. I had my heater go out, and they sent them out immediately to fix it. As for more details about noise etc. over all the complex is very quiet, especially after 10/11pm. If you have a unit closer to the road youâll hear some road noise, but it comes with having so many windows. Itâs easy to ignore and well worth it to have all that natural light. The one bedroom units sit above the garages, so youâll hear them open, but again, well worth it since you get a garage too. It was noticeable at first because I wasnât used to it, but much easier to drown it out now. The walls themselves seem to have good insulation, so that does help with noise. Overall definitely a 10/10!

I have only been a resident for a few days, but from the very beginning of my interest in this community, Yuliya and Peyton were extremely friendly and kind. Poor Peyton answered soooo many of my questions, sometimes more than once haha and she was very patient with me and never seemed frustrated with me. They were very understanding of my concerns and reservations of going from a homeowner, back to being a renter with dogs. I can say with full confidence now that my original concerns are no longer an issue, because these two lovely ladies have put them all at ease. I love my apartment! And I love how safe and comfortable it feels. Iâm very happy with my decision to live here!

I truly enjoyed living at The Meadows at Park Avenue. The grounds were beautifully maintained, and I always felt safe and comfortable. Yuliya and Peyton were consistently kind, helpful, and often went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Danny handled maintenance issues promptly and professionally, making sure everything was taken care of with care and efficiency. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a quality apartment that truly feels like home.
