Find the floor plan that fits your ideal lifestyle. Once you select a floor plan, take a 3D virtual tour of your apartment home. Virtual Tours allow you to see the apartment as if you were touring it in person. View each room right from your desktop or mobile phone. With floor plans and 3D virtual tours available, social distancing doesn't have to stop you from finding the perfect apartment home.

Once you've found a layout that works for you, it's time to fill out an application. You'll need to fill out the entire application leaving no question blank. What you'll need:

• Identification (Driver's license, passport, or other proof of residency.)
• Paystubs / Bank Statements
• References / Rental History

A background check, as well as a credit check, may also be done as part of the application process. For this, you will need your social security number. After you have submitted your online application, please allow 2-3 business days for processing.

Once your application has come back approved, you will then schedule your move-in date with a leasing consultant from the office. They will let you know about all the items you will need to bring in on move-in day. This will include rental insurance and any other documents needed for accounts you will need to set up.

Now its time to E-sign sign your lease. A link will be sent to your email for you to E-sign your rental agreement. Be sure to read the lease in its entirety so you know what to expect while living at Meadows at Park Avenue. If you have any questions or concerns about the lease please contact our office. Congratulations! Once you've E-signed your lease, you're ready to pick up your keys on your scheduled move-in day!
