Beautiful area and wonderful staff! So happy to be living here. A smaller complex is the way to go! It's very nice to feel confident that we are taken care of.

I am changing the rating from 3 to 5 . The leasing staff took good care of the repairs. I have no complaints. So far so good and I am liking here.

The problem was resolved but faced the following issues. 1) I had to do multiple follow ups to get my problem resolved. 2) I was not aware of why the problem was not resolved on a said date and time. If the staff who are suppose to fix the issue are not showing up I expect to get a heads up from the leasing office. 3) There were two problems involved . One with faucet and the other with the garage door. The problem with faucet is fixed. I told leasing office that the garage door fix can wait. But I would like to know the tentative date on the fix.
