My 2 bedroom is great and roomy. I love having a fireplace. The pool\jacuzzi area is large. Jacuzzi open year round. The grounds feel safe and are very quiet after 10pm. The few times I've needed maintenance requests fulfilled, Danny has quickly handled business. Angel and Sydney are always there to answer my questions. I like being able to text with the office directly and pay rent fee free online.

This place is amazing, angel is so kind & welcoming. I definitely recommend renting here! Could have not had a better experience apartment shopping with the meadows, angel provided all information, fees and details very clearly as well!

The maintenance team of The Meadows at Park Avenue is excellent. They resolve issues with extreme speed and competence. Iâm happy to live here and know that I can count on them when I need to.
