I could not have found a better place to rent. Angel, Sydney and Dani the office team people are great at what they each do. They always have a smile to share and do everything they can to make me feel like a welcome tenant here at The Meadows. My experience here and with them has been great! I love living here and I love them and that they care about us, the tenants. I highly recommend them and this beautiful place to live. Belinda Roskelley

My 2 bedroom is great and roomy. I love having a fireplace. The pool\jacuzzi area is large. Jacuzzi open year round. The grounds feel safe and are very quiet after 10pm. The few times I've needed maintenance requests fulfilled, Danny has quickly handled business. Staff are always there to answer my questions\concerns. I like being able to text with the office directly and pay rent fee free online. 2025 Update: 3rd year here and I'm still enjoying my residence. No rent increase this year so that was great. Umbrellas added to the pool area are a welcomed addition.

This place is amazing, angel is so kind & welcoming. I definitely recommend renting here! Could have not had a better experience apartment shopping with the meadows, angel provided all information, fees and details very clearly as well!

The maintenance team of The Meadows at Park Avenue is excellent. They resolve issues with extreme speed and competence. Iâm happy to live here and know that I can count on them when I need to.
