I have thoroughly enjoyed living in the meadows at park ave. I have lived here for a year and a half and cannot think of one complaint. Jade and Ashley, the office staff have been absolutely great. Always answering any questions, helping provide solutions for any situations, and without fail asking if there is anything else they can possibly do for me. To not have intentions of leaving anytime soon makes living a lot more enjoyable. Meadows at park ave. staff your hard work is appreciated.

The Meadows at Park Avenue are a great place to call "Home". The maintenance and office staff are always so friendly and so quick to respond to any complaints or issues, greeting you with a smile every time you stop by the lobby. We have been residents at The Meadows for a year and half now, we have loved our time spent here and will always recommend it to others.

Went to tour the meadows because a friend lives there and the apartments are nice. The one star is for waiting in the lobby for 40 minutes for a lease agent to come and being told 5 minutes after close that we won't be able to receive a tour because the fair housing act doesn't allow them to show apartments after business hours. There were two girls who came into the office and one said they were dealing with a tenant emergency so that's why they were out of the office. 1. If you didn't expect to be back before close don't leave a sign saying you will be right back 2. Why was there two of you handling a tenant emergency when one could have easily stayed back in the office? 3. The fair housing act refers to discrimination against protected classes, not business hours. Know your audience before you try and lie to them.

I've lived in many many apartments over the last few years and I must say the Meadows are GORGEOUS Apartments. It's very nice to have a garage and the inside is beautiful. I was extremely happy living there and if my husband and I didn't already buy a house we would've stayed! But, upon our departure there were a couple of things that I was disappointed about and wish I would've known when I moved into the apartments. When we moved into the apartments we paid $200 that I thought was a deposit but it was actually a holding fee to hold our apartment for us. So at the end of our lease we never got that money back (no big deal, I understand). My husband and I have no children, no pets and work full-time so we were barely in the apartment and we ate out most of the time. We took good care of our apartment and didn't put up any pictures, only mounted the TV above the fireplace which upon moving out we patched up. The only damage done in the apartment besides very normal wear and tear was that TV mount that we filled in. I have lived in many apartments and understand that they need to look brand-new for the incoming guests and it's also a business and I'm absolutely willing to pay for what needs to be done BUT I was extremely disappointed and surprised when I got a bill of $500 upon my departure. After spending a few days scrubbing the apartment they charged us $150 for cleaning fees. They charged us $280 to repaint the two holes that we filled ourselves and they charged us to replace two oven dripping pans that were in great condition among other fees. My husband runs the field for a contracting business and works on Apartments himself and even he was surprised by the price. We are a very business couple. We understand that you have to pay for things to look nice for upcoming people and you need to put in your work and if something needs to be paid we are more than willing, we were both surprised though and I just wanted to let you guys know what you're getting into. It's a great apartment! But when you move out you're going to be paying a hefty fee.
