Took a tour recently. Really nice community. Love the aesthetic of their clubhouse! Sydney is amazing!

I wish I could give 0 stars. They force you to pay for awful satellite TV that buffers every 3 mins they have so many fees that are way over price and they don't disclose to you when you sign up. I am sure it was in the fine print of the 30 page agreement though. You would except maybe all that money in fees would do to keeping the place nice and safe but no. I have have my garage broken into twice and there is dog poop everywhere. My apartment wasn't even cleaned when I moved in there was layers of dust on the fans, trims and the carpet in my bedroom looked like it should of been replaced. Overall this place might look nice and reasonably priced but it isn't good look somewhere else.

The maintenance team of The Meadows at Park Avenue is excellent. They resolve issues with extreme speed and competence. Iâm happy to live here and know that I can count on them when I need to.

IT IS NOW 4:34 AM and the dogs are still barking! Its the same upper floor apartment and the management is fully aware yet fails for hold them accountable. Im horrified for the people that live below them, Its only a matter of time before the adjacent apartment will leave for work trapping their also loud barking dog in the garage!! Its non stop. The manager is 100% rude and will issue you 3 day notices when your guests visit! Yet its who let the dogs out all day and night. On the bright the neighbors are very kind and everyone typically keeps to themselves. â¦â¦.Still if I could give this place a zero I would, please avoid at all cost

Complete staff turnover led to loss of management continuity, stifled communication and community. Everything is just âbusinessâ so read your contract carefully.
