The door knob to my garage fell off. I sent a text request to the office. Within 24 hours Danny knocked on my door. He had it fixed within minutes. He is a rock star!! Love it here!!

TDLR: they were extremely rude and argumentative and confusing, if you have an ESA good luck getting them approved, they didnât care about having our business, they did everything they could to get as much money from us as possible and their lease agreements have lots of shady stuff hidden in them. What a joke. The application process was a nightmare. Their communication is insanely poor, they make you jump through hoop after hoop. I started the process last month, got approved and then they gave me a hard time verifying my income despite me sending bank statements for months which clearly showed I made enough. So I had to reach out to my boss while he was on vacation out of the country to get a job offer letter. They still call him after that (why even bother with the letter if youâre just going to call?). Finally we get that taken care of but then they take 3 days to process things, despite us telling them we need to be moved out of our place at the end of the week and them assuring us that it would be quick. We call Wednesday and someone (they donât know who, I guess) says we can come in at 5:00 to finalize everything and get keys. Later they decide they wonât approve my ESA because, get this, my therapist while licensed in Utah lives in California and because the letter she gave me has an expiration date. They are supposed to have expiration dates because youâre supposed to get reevaluated and Telehealth is a thing, I donât understand why she physically has to be in Utah. Anyway, I call and I ask them to take the pet deposit off the rate breakdown and I will keep my dog somewhere else while I figure that out, but Iâll sign once that is done (that phone call is at 2:18 pm). They assure me theyâll send a new document to sign. I wait but never get anything. So I pack up my jeep and start heading that way because I figure we can clear it up and sign that when I sign everything else. I almost get there when I receive another email asking me to set up an appointment to sign things the next day sometime between 10-5pm. Iâm working the next day until 5 because I thought everything was getting done the day before. So I call again and they tell me that nobody set up our appointment at 5:00 that we can not come in and Iâm frustrated. They mention I havenât signed the documents they want yet and I reiterate for a second time that I want a new one without the $600 pet deposit and they again agree. Come thursday morning, the new day we are supposed to come in and sign, I still havenât received the new document with the adjusted amount, so I email them and theyâre telling me that itâs my fault because I only told them at 5 pm the night before that I wanted it taken off (that was the second time I asked), and then they argue with me saying that I wasnât given enough notice to come in and sign the lease today because I didnât sign the papers they emailed (yeah because they were wrong). So after asking a third time they send the adjusted document and now somehow I am supposed to make it there by 5:45 from where I work (past the point of the mountain where all the great rush hour traffic is) plus I am to get get a cashiers check from the bank in that 45 min window (I, this morning, learned the total of what I need to pay because they, only this morning, sent me the new document after my third ask). Seems really fair right? So now they have my $300 deposit to hold the discounted rate which we only get if we pay on time (looking at reviews it looks like people pay late a lot because their app sucks), and now I have a nearly impossible deadline to get there and was only given notice of that the evening before. Cool cool. Well done guys. I could not believe how rude, argumentative, and unwilling to work with me they were. It was Thursday or nothing despite the late notice and despite it being during most peopleâs business hours. So if you apply here you better have lots of patients and a week or 2 to come in whenever they deem fit, and donât bother asking for ESA approvable

It's not just business... it's personal. After two decades, I'm back living in an apartment. I was apprehensive about what it would be like. But from the first time I met Sydney, the Leasing Agent, I felt like this was the "right" place. The entire process of applying, approval, and signing the lease was professional and friendly. Actually, that has been my entire experience here at the Meadows... Friendly and Professional. I had a billion questions, and Sydney was patient and thorough in answering them. She was remarkably prompt either in texts or emails. I also met Suzanne, the Leasing Manager, and she was equally efficient and helpful. It's clear that she has a solid training program and sets a high bar for her employees. The floor plans are thoughtful. My 29-year-old daughter who is an interior designer kept saying, "WOW" when I gave her a tour of the apartment, the quartz counter tops, the crown molding on the cabinets, the wider craftsman trim work (she notices things like that), all met her high standards - LOL. Finally, I had a minor maintenace issue with the kitchen sink after I moved in. I sent in a request, and it was completely fixed within 24 hours. I could not be more satisfied with my choice to move to the Meadows!!

I am taking back my previous 5 star ratings. I am having a issues with toxic fumes from downstairs unit but management refused come in to my unit for check and also neglect to address issues. The management asking me to prove it but how can I prove if whatever bad things they are doing in their own home or garage, me and my dog is getting sick all the time because of the fume's 24/7 in my unit. Obviously this people who is harassing me want to kick me out of here asap and the management is totally on their side. I also got three day comply or vacate notice for interrupt other neighborâs enjoyment of their times w/fine yet I am having horrible times all the time with this toxic fumes. And even when I am writing this review I feel this fumes and my body is getting cramps and having horrible chest pain with horrible throat chocking irritation so I couldnât sleep. I am just waiting for my lease up but I donât know how to survive this winter because I have to leave the door open all the time otherwise I could not breath nor my poor dog. I let my dog sleep inside my car which I have been sleeping myself a whole month of Aug. I totally regret to sign the contract even before read their review throughly.

Absolutely ridiculous payment acceptance issues. Wanting a resident to pay rent through an app and not accepting certified checks in person and having the app be out of service and telling me itâs my problem; and that thereâs only certain days of the month you can pay rent without paying 35$ service charges, way to treat your customer well.

We called maintenance. They sent a guy quickly to resolve the issue. He worked hard and was very pleasant. Very impressed so far with the staff and Town Home at the Meadows.
